| Q: |
What does THE REAL MARKET
EXPERTS (RME) do? |
| A: |
RME has established a unique, "one-of-a-kind"
system for assisting individual investors to obtain
real estate investment properties. This is accomplished
by leveraging our franchised network of trusted real
estate experts that are located throughout the United
States and a powerful internet based software system
called the Investor Concierge™ (www.investorconcierge.com).
|
| |
|
| Q: |
What will RME do for me? |
| A: |
RME offers a service to permitted investors of obtaining turn-key investment properties. Our primary investment strategy is focused on "Buy and Hold" properties, which mean that the investor holds the property for an extended period and takes advantage of the cash flow, appreciation, and tax benefits. RME Franchise partners assist the permitted investor to acquire, renovate, finance, close, place a tenant, and manage the property. Permitted investors have the opportunity to obtain properties throughout the entire franchise network. |
| |
|
| Q: |
What makes RME unique? |
| A: |
RME has put together a one of a kind system that is
unmatched in the marketplace. We are the only company
that provides an end to end service for investors to
obtain residential investment property. We have also
taken every measure possible to ensure that our client’s
interests are protected. First, we chose a Franchise
model to distribute properties, which is monitored closely
by the FTC and certain State Regulators, and requires
full disclosures and audits on every aspect of the business.
Additionally, RME Corporate is a licensed Real Estate
company and each franchisee has licensed agents involved
in the operations of the business. In addition, all
monies from every property transactions go through an
Escrow Company, Title Company, or an Attorney. Finally, every property sold through our system includes a one year home warranty (unless special restrictions apply). |

|
| Q: |
How do I become a customer
of RME? |
| A: |
RME receives all of its Investor Customers through
affiliate partners that have contracted with the company
to assist their Investor Customers in rapidly building
a real estate portfolio. Currently Nouveau Riche, a
real estate investing education and direct sales company
located in Scottsdale, AZ is our primary affiliate partner
for providing us Investor Customers. To learn more about
Nouveau Riche and how to qualify to be one of our Investor
customers, visit www.inwiththenew.com.

|
| Q: |
How do I acquire properties?
|
| A: |
RME franchisee acquisition specialists obtain properties in their specific marketplaces and find and evaluate each deal carefully. If the property passes our stringent evaluation criteria, it is then loaded into the Investor Concierge™. When properties are loaded into the Investor Concierge™, investor customers are automatically notified via email, when their position in the "Queue" is up. Prioritization in the "Queue" is based upon the level of education the person has obtained through our affiliate partners. |
| |
|
| Q: |
Do I purchase properties over
the Internet? |
| A: |
Yes. When you are given the opportunity to view properties
on the Investor Concierge™, you must act
quickly before the properties are offered and reserved
by other eligible RME clients in the "Queue."
The higher your prioritized rank in the Queue, the more
time and opportunities you will have to view the properties
before other RME clients can view them. |
| |
|
| Q: |
How is the Queue prioritized? |
| A: |
The Nouveau Riche Corporation, which is an affiliate of RME, offers a suite of real estate investment education products, from a community-based subscription program to tuition-based colleges. Every investor customer who purchases an educational product from a personal Nouveau Riche Student Advisor, and remains an active Community Member, is qualified to use the Investor Concierge™ web portal and its host of services.
Your priority in the Queue is determined by many factors, the precise combination of which is proprietary to the RME system. However, one point is clear. RME strongly encourages all clients to obtain knowledge and education in real property investing, and to continue to increase their real estate and investment knowledge base as time progresses. Accordingly, the Queue has been designed to provide a higher priority to those clients who have achieved greater education in real estate and personal investments through Nouveau Riche. Serious investors who continue their real estate education receive priority placement in the Queue. When you purchase and attend educational symposiums offered through Nouveau Riche and other educational systems recognized by RME, your Queue position increases. As a result, the frequency at which you are offered available properties increases. |
