Ryan Salter, International Master Colleague of Nouveau Riche, realized the value of investing in real estate in 1999 when he purchased his first duplex and began to achieve positive cash flows. Since then, his investment focus has been exclusively real estate. Over the years, his portfolio has continued to expand, confirming Ryan’s conviction that real estate is the most powerful investment vehicle available. Outside of his real estate investment career, Ryan holds a Bachelors degree in Business Communication and a Masters degree as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist.
